What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. We ask for a 50% deposit to start the work.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Published prices do not include VAT (IVA).
What do I need to provide as a client?
It depends on what you need and the work we will do. Our quote tells you what material we need from you.
Who pays for the domain and hosting from the moment the site goes live?
We quote the domain and hosting, and the client pays for them from the moment their website is online. We give you the first month of hosting for free.
How many revision rounds are included?
Websites, online stores and similar projects include 3 revision rounds. Flyers, videos and advertising pieces include 2 revision rounds.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the package: Digitalize+ 5 to 7 days, Sell+ 10 to 15 days, Grow+ 3 to 4 weeks and Scale+ 4 to 8 weeks.
How long does an Automate+ flyer or video take?
Each flyer or video takes between 3 and 24 hours.
Can I combine several services in one package?
Yes. With the custom package you can combine any of our services, for example a website with social media posts and automations, in a package made just for you.
